Many times I don't know what I will be writing about on blog day. Generally I pray beforehand and just be led by the Holy Spirit on what I am to share.
Today was a little different. Today, I came across a picture while I was on my other social media page and it was so intriguing to me, I knew I had to share it on today's blog.
As you look at this picture you may be wondering what does this have to do with God's Creation ( AKA Flat Earth)? Let me ask it this way, what does it NOT have to do with God's Creation? People have to start looking outward when viewing God's Creation.
I mean the scientific dimensions of the "curve" are to be to seen every 8 inches for every mile squared. Yeah sure, ok?
RESOURCE:
"Where Can You See The Earth's Curvature?
The Earth curves at about 8 inches for every mile squared, but this distance is too minimal for a human being to discern the curvature. Even while on top of Mount Everest, it is impossible to see the curvature. Studies place the threshold to see the curvature at 35,000 feet, but even at this height, one must have at least a 60° angle of vision. While some commercial flights make it to such heights the problem is you also need a field of view that is wide (60 degrees ) and nearly cloud free, and therefore the Earth's curvature is out of reach for many people. The best place to see the curve is in space. Astronomers in the International Space Station can not only see Earth's curvature but also its spherical shape."
Well back to the real story, because we know that is a bunch of hog wash!
So why did I focus on this unique bridge? Tell me how a bridge can be built "STRAIGHT" across from Sweden to Denmark and have this arial view and across the water, with having cars drive on it, even for the most part above the water, and yet we are to "see the curve" at heights in flight but can't in this arial view? I call bluff on this whole measuring of the curve, once again. I mean we do have Sea LEVEL and this (Oresund) STRAIT, but what do I know when our words don't mean what they say?
Isn't this bridge so phenomenal? I would like to visit it someday! I don't know what would be scarier, this bridge or driving up Pike's Peak? Oh yeah, that's a 14,110 foot view that you can't see the curve either! Ha! Ha!
